DCS Technician - Distributed Control Systems Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot DCS systems using tools like Honeywell Experion PKS, Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7, or similar industry-standard software.
• Conduct regular system checks and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of DCS equipment.
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DCS systems with other plant systems.
• Provide technical support and training to other team members on DCS operations and maintenance.
• Document all maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and system performance data for future reference.
• Participate in emergency response procedures and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment during critical situations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in DCS systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in DCS systems, with a strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Certification in DCS systems from reputable organizations such as Honeywell, Siemens, or TÜV.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in the oil and gas industry.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools such as Honeywell Experion PKS, Siemens SIMATIC PCS 7, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
