📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects in designated districts.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging and sales strategies.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and performance.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences in Bali.
