📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of promotion activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.,Develop and implement effective promotion strategies to achieve set targets and objectives.,Monitor and analyze promotion performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of promotion activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on promotion activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the promotion or marketing field.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing promotion activities.,Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
