📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC lathes and other machining equipment to produce high-quality parts and components.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Inspect and test machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance and efficiency.
• Document machinery maintenance and repair activities for record-keeping and future reference.
• Train and mentor junior machinists and operators on machinery operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.
• Proven experience operating CNC lathes and other machining equipment.
• Knowledge of machining processes, tools, and materials.
• Understanding of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Valid CNC Machinist certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with ERP or maintenance management software.
