📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of pastries, breads, and beverages to customers with a smile.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen and café areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
• Handle cash transactions and customer payments accurately and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stock and organize inventory, including ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in team meetings and follow established health and safety protocols.
• Adapt to the fast-paced environment, working efficiently during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a bakery or café setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools, such as ovens, mixers, and espresso machines.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) frequently.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about food and customer service with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be able to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
