📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of Fresh, Produce, and Bakery departments, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and waste reduction strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain consistent product quality and timely deliveries.
• Develop and implement operational plans, including staff scheduling, process improvements, and performance tracking.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with store managers and cross-functional teams to drive overall operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, particularly in the fresh produce and bakery sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a retail environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of retail management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other operational excellence programs is a plus.
