📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks, ensuring our property is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Provide exceptional hospitality support to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations.
• Assist with front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Participate in inventory management, including restocking supplies and maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring our event spaces are ready for our guests.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring our guests feel at home.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or operational support industry.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Familiarity with housekeeping and maintenance tools, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and basic hand tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
