As a Certified Medical Coder at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., you will be responsible for accurately coding medical records for both inpatient and outpatient services. You will work with a variety of healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices, to ensure that medical records are properly coded and documented. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Accurately code medical records for inpatient and outpatient services using the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10-CM) and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes.
• Review and analyze medical records to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify and resolve any coding discrepancies or questions.
• Perform quality assurance reviews to maintain the accuracy and integrity of coded records.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Allscripts to access and code medical records.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coding guidelines and industry trends to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of coding policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and ensure their satisfaction with our coding services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Medical Coder certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility setting.
• Proficient knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding medical records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with healthcare providers.
