In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, from specimen processing and staining to interpreting microscopic slides and documenting findings. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine and specialized histological and cytological staining procedures.
- Conduct microscopic examination of tissue and cell specimens.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed pathological reports.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to provide expert pathological opinions.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to maintain laboratory standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in anatomical pathology through continuous learning.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
- Contribute to research and development initiatives within the laboratory.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Pathology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in anatomical pathology.
- Certification in Anatomical Pathology (e.g., ASCP, CAP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software such as LIMS, digital microscopy, and image analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
