📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage strategic and technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with DKSH’s business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Leverage data analytics tools to track project performance and provide actionable insights.
Present project updates and results to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project methodologies.
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Ensure compliance with DKSH’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Asana.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
