📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assist in the development of HR strategies and programs, including performance management and training initiatives
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Assist in the administration of benefits and compensation programs
• Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Recent graduates (within 2 years) with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as BambooHR or Workday
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
• Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is a plus
