📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of cold storage and distribution facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration equipment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and service needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment status using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide technical support to the operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a logistics or cold storage environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP.
• Certification in electrical or mechanical maintenance is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
