Hotel Tono Spareparts is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to employees on their training progress.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or hotel setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training methodologies and technologies.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
