Rejeki Oka Sembako is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's objectives and goals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain training records and provide regular reports on training activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels.
