📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate training solutions.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
