🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in strategic HR roles.,Strong understanding of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.,Proven experience in developing and implementing people and culture strategies.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Ability to work collaboratively with senior management to drive organizational success.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
