📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Maintain a clean and organized store display.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Restock shelves and manage inventory levels.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Participate in store events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and cash register operations.,Knowledge of home and garden products is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.
