NEXUS Unggul is seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Baturaja. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and efficiently. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product information and purchases.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Stock and organize products on shelves.,Handle cash transactions and process returns.,Assist with inventory management and restocking.,Work with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.,Participate in store promotions and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK).,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills are a plus.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
