Global Textile is looking for a Senior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team in Pontianak. As a Senior Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our retail stores. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, and ensure that our products are well-promoted and stocked in the stores.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the retail stores.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion and sales growth.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure that the retail stores are well-stocked and that products are displayed in an attractive and effective manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns in the retail stores.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
