📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival and departure.,Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in managing the guest book and maintaining guest records.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with front desk software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
