📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5-8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
