📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues promptly and efficiently.,Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related issues.,Monitor and report on system performance and availability.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of our IT environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT security best practices and protocols.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
