📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and analyze PNG financial data to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Monitor and control cash flow, bank reconciliations, and budgeting processes.,Provide financial support to the management team and assist in decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to improve financial performance.,Train and mentor junior staff in financial and accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven experience in handling PNG financial data and financial reporting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
