Identify and develop sales opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and building strong customer relationships.,Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing their needs.,Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.,Provide technical support and guidance to customers, helping them to maximize the value and performance of our products.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the electrical and industrial components industry.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales engineering or a related role within the electrical and industrial components industry.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of electrical and industrial components, including their applications and benefits.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.,Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
