The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. This is a full-time position based in Tambora.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate and comprehensive hiring processes.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most suitable candidates for our organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system to ensure efficient and organized recruitment processes.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
