📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and local regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
