In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proven track record of successful project delivery.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
