Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.,Ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes and procedures.,Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all employees and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and oversee the company's budget and financial planning.,Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational processes.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
