📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and regulations.,Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff to foster a strong HR team.,Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
