Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to achieve operational goals,Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics,Manage and mentor operational staff,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Identify and implement process improvements,Handle operational challenges and resolve issues effectively

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
