Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain cash registers and ensure accurate record-keeping,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Follow all company policies and procedures,Participate in team meetings and training sessions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Basic knowledge of accounting principles,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Good time management and organizational skills,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
