PT Sawit Bukit is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, processing payroll, and providing support in various accounting tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll for employees, including calculating salaries, withholding taxes, and preparing payment records.,Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regulatory authorities.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing and payment of taxes.,Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.,Participate in audits and ensure the accuracy of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in English is a plus.
