📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related field.,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
