VEGA Pratama is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Tenggarong. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing our human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing support and guidance to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including health and safety regulations, and attendance and leave policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs, including training and development initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports, managing HR documents, and assisting with HR projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
