As a Field Sales & Collections Officer, you will be the face of our cooperative in Bali, engaging with our diverse customer base, and helping them access the financial services they need. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and ensure the smooth operation of our collections process.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote micro-loan products to potential customers through field visits and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough credit assessments to determine loan eligibility.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure timely collections of loan repayments through regular follow-ups and negotiations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and collections team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, collections, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and collections targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with microfinance and financial services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
