📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory, customer service, and staff supervision.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and pharmacy laws.,Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of pharmaceutical products.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate records are maintained.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer software for inventory management and record-keeping.,Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and products.
