📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement network solutions.
  • Document network configurations and procedures for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest network technologies and industry trends.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and other departments as needed.
  • Participate in on-call duties to address network issues outside of regular business hours.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and expansions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
  • Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

    • 🛠️ Keahlian

    <li>CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus.</li><li>Experience with network monitoring tools such as WiresharkNagiosor PRTG.</li><li>Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Bash.</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.</li>
