📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage client accounts and relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Attend and present at client meetings to discuss progress and results.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
